Prior to the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education’s sunset on June 30, 2007, Allied Business Schools, Inc. was approved to operate pursuant to Section 94905 of the California Education Code.
Since that time we have signed a voluntary agreement with the Director of the Department of Consumer Affairs agreeing to comply with state statutes, rules, and regulations which were in effect at of the close of business on June 30, 2007.
